Stanadyne, LLC - Successfully coached, mentored Jacksonville Plant leadership staff and provided training to entire plant in GM's Built-In Quality for Supply Chain requirements. Plant was successfully registered to BIQS Level 3 in December 2016 as a result of 14 weeks of daily immersion and
onsite project leadership by Vision Quality Consulting to develop and
outline project strategy, share key insights, prepare documents and partner
with the local and global team. As a result of the project plan, procedures and
developed by and commitment from Vision Quality Consulting, LLC, coupled
with improved business results, Stanadyne was awarded the prestigious
"Supplier of the Year" award by General Motors in early 2017. Replicated the
results at company global sites to also by personally coaching and mentoring leaders and resources at global at corporate headquarters in Windsor, CT, and plant teams in Changshu, China and Chennai, India
to successfully re-engineering all sites to also meet the 29 Requirements of GM Built-In Quality Level 3.
Recently began the process of developing a strategy for BIQS Level 4, which will be fully implemented in
2019.
