Vision Quality Consulting was founded by Dr. Violet Williams to provide forward-thinking organizations with support and guidance in leadership development, strategic business planning, team building and implementing quality systems. The founder has more than 25 years of tenure at a Fortune 500 automotive OEM, functioning most recently as Quality Systems Director, and previously working in various other roles in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, New Product Launch and the Recruiting/Onboarding of new hires. Vision Quality Consulting is committed to serve by exposing management teams and resources to principles, practices and methods to help you go further faster.

 

Dr. Williams received a Doctor of Management and Organizational Leadership degree from the University of Phoenix, a Master of Engineering degree from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Rochester.
